2. Scope of Offering
TaxHubly provides professional support sessions, digital guides and templates, and physical materials for business professionals seeking guidance in tax processes. Each category is governed by its own terms outlined below.
3. Professional Support Services
3.1 Scheduling and Modification
Services include consultations and planning sessions by qualified advisors. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time by using the contact form. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates.
3.2 Cancellation and Fees
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session qualify for a 50% fee credit. Cancellations under 48 hours incur a charge equal to 50% of the service fee. No-shows result in the full fee being charged, reflecting the reserved time of our staff.
4. Digital Resources
Includes electronic guides, templates, and courses available for instant download upon payment confirmation.
4.1 Access and Delivery
After payment, a download link is provided. Ensure that your email and contact information are accurate to avoid disruption.
4.2 Non-Refundable Provision
Due to immediate access and unlimited use, all digital resource sales are final. We recommend reviewing previews and descriptions before purchase.
5. Physical Materials
Printed guides, books, and branded items shipped to the address provided at purchase.
5.1 Shipping and Timing
Goods are dispatched within 5 business days. Tracking information will be sent via email.
5.2 Refund Eligibility
If items arrive damaged or defective, contact us within seven days for assessment. Approved cases qualify for a full refund of the purchase price once the item is sent back. Shipping back the item is the sender’s responsibility, unless the defect is due to our dispatch process. Replacement or credit options are available upon confirmation of eligibility.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
TaxHubly maintains clear guidelines for refunds and cancellations across all offering types to ensure fairness and transparency.
- Professional Support Services: Partial credits for sessions cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment. No credits for unattended sessions.
- Digital Resources: All sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of delivery.
- Physical Materials: Full refunds for defective items upon successful assessment. Credit may be offered as an alternative.
All approved refunds are processed within 14 days of confirmation. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Alternatively, you may request a credit voucher valid for six months.
7. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before service delivery or product shipment. Accepted methods include major card providers and bank transfers as indicated during checkout.
